HEARTSTONE RETREAT
What to Expect
*
What to Expect *
HEARTSTONE is an intimate women’s retreat held on my Vermont property, surrounded by waterfalls, ferns, forest, and a beloved heart-shaped stone by the brook. Together, we will lean into nature as our guide—creating space to release what no longer serves, explore what’s been waiting to be felt, and reconnect with the wisdom within. Thereby creating a spark as you go into your next chapter!
There is something profoundly powerful that happens when women gather with intention. The collaborative energy of HEARTSTONE is rooted in shared presence, mutual respect, and heartfelt connection. As we come together in this sacred space, you’ll both contribute to and be supported by the collective—drawing strength from shared reflections, gentle conversation, and moments of quiet understanding. You are never required to share more than feels right, yet you may find that being witnessed and walking alongside others creates a sense of belonging, validation, and encouragement that carries well beyond our time together.
❋ Collaborative Energy
❋ Intentional Structure
HEARTSTONE is thoughtfully structured to create a balance of gentle guidance and open space. Each day unfolds with intention, weaving together reflective practices, nature-based experiences, and guided conversation designed to support release, clarity, and inner connection. While there is a natural rhythm to our time together, the retreat remains spacious and responsive—allowing for rest, exploration, creativity, and meaningful moments of insight to arise organically. This is not about rushing a process, but about honoring your pace and trusting what unfolds when you give yourself permission to simply be.
Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ Expert Facilitation
❋ A Supportive Space
HEARTSTONE is held within a deeply supportive and confidential space where reflection, connection, and empowerment naturally unfold. You’ll be gently guided to slow down, turn inward, and honor your own journey—exactly as it is. Through intentional practices, meaningful conversation, and time in nature, you’ll begin to explore the challenges that have shaped you, allowing them to soften, shift, and reveal the wisdom they carry.
This is a space to be witnessed without judgment, to reconnect with your inner strength, and to gain clarity around what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to welcome in. I invite you to join us on this journey of self-discovery—where your experiences are honored, your voice matters, and your next chapter begins to come into focus.
Come home to your body and mind as you step into the healing presence of nature, surrounded by women who support your growth and ignite forward movement.
Day One
Arrive & Meet
As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.
Check-In
Friday, August 21st: 2:00 pm
Upon arrival in the afternoon, you’ll be welcomed into the land and given time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around you. As the pace softens, you’re invited to wander down to the waterfalls, breathe in the pure Vermont air, and allow the tension of daily life to gently fall away. This unhurried transition creates space for ease and presence, setting the tone as we gather for our first nourishing meal together—grounded, open, and ready to begin the journey ahead. Followed by an evening gathered around the fire pit, claiming what we’re ready to release, in preparation for clarity to follow.
Day Two
Set Intentions & Reflect
Saturday invites you into a deeper conversation with yourself. Through thoughtfully curated experiences, we gently engage the mind and heart—exploring what is ready to be released in order to create space for growth, clarity, and renewal. Together, we’ll gather in meaningful discussion, allowing insight to unfold through shared reflection, while also participating in activities designed to encourage relaxation, creativity, and embodied presence. There will be spacious moments to explore the land, rest, or immerse yourself in the cool, refreshing mountain waters as the waterfalls offer their quiet medicine. Over nourishing meals and heartfelt conversation, we hold room for both the comfortable and the uncomfortable, trusting that movement through stagnation begins with honest awareness. All sharing is always optional, and this remains a confidential, supportive space where you are honored exactly as you are.
Day Three
Embers into Action
Our final morning together is both grounding and uplifting—a time to gather once more, share a beautiful meal, and honor all that has shifted within you. Having released, reflected, and reconnected with your inner wisdom, you’ll feel a renewed sense of clarity, energy, and possibility. Together, we’ll set intentions for the chapters ahead, anchoring what you’ve uncovered so it travels with you as you return to daily life. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and lit from within—ready to move forward with purpose, confidence, and heart.
