Distance Restore Sessions

This light touch therapy has many benefits. It can work on a multitude of conditions such as autism, muscular dystrophy, illness, injury, burns, stroke, disabilities, ADD, OCD, depression, anxiety, pain, stress, trauma, special needs, broken bones, working through cancer treatments, and so much more. 

Distance Restore Sessions support the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Using gentle, non-invasive techniques, Restore works with the nervous system and the body’s internal communication pathways to release dysfunction, restore regulation, and promote overall well-being.

As a Certified Restore practitioner, Carla facilitates each session by attuning to the individual’s system and offering insights that may support clarity, balance, and forward movement. Sessions are personalized and address the whole person, allowing the body to make the corrections it needs in a safe and natural way.

Restore is a complementary wellness modality and does not replace medical care, but it may support and accelerate the body’s natural healing process without interfering with medical treatments or medications.

The health of every cell in the body depends on effective connectivity and communication. Restore supports this process by engaging the body’s biofields, neurological pathways, meridians, fascia, and connective tissue—systems that communicate information throughout the entire body. Because fascia reaches every cell, working with it through light touch allows for whole-body integration and balance.

During a Restore session, gentle touch stimulates sensory receptors in the skin, activating neural pathways that send information to the brain. The brain processes these signals using its internal body map and responds by making corrective adjustments where needed. This process can influence muscle function, movement, and overall regulation while supporting the release of stored tension and cellular memory.

Restore also engages the limbic system, the part of the brain associated with emotion and subconscious patterns. By helping interrupt old stress responses and emotional loops, Restore supports greater ease, clarity, and balance—physically and emotionally.

Clients often experience deep relaxation during a session, with ongoing benefits continuing for several days as the body integrates the work. Many report feeling lighter, calmer, more focused, and more at ease, with improved movement, reduced tension, and a renewed sense of vitality.

Distance sessions are just as effective as in-person work and can be received from the comfort of your own home.

What to Expect From a Distance Restore Session

During a Distance Restore Session, Carla serves as a catalyst for healing and insight. As a Certified Restore practitioner, she offers guidance related to your health and any other information that may support your overall well-being. Each session is tailored to the individual and addresses the whole person—physical, emotional, and energetic.

Sessions are conducted remotely. To prepare, simply wear loose, comfortable clothing and allow yourself to relax in a quiet space. Many clients experience deep relaxation and may even fall asleep during the session.

Following your session, the body continues to integrate and adjust for several days as changes settle in. Clients often report feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more at ease, with improved movement, reduced pain or tension, greater clarity, increased focus, and an overall sense of vitality and balance.
