Set within the artfully curated Sparkle on The Rocks Inn, in Wallingford, Vermont this retreat invites you to lean into the bold, untamed energy of the Fire Horse—a force of freedom, movement, vitality, and courageous forward motion. This is where clarity ignites, confidence strengthens, and passion is given room to rise.
With only four masterfully crafted bedrooms available, space is intentionally limited. Retreat participants will select their rooms in the order in which they register.
Take in the charm of the beautifully furnished Prairie Girl Suite, which is designed to create a soothing ambiance through its delightful decor. We take pride in delivering a unique and personalized experience to our guests.
The Glam Garden room boasts a lavish king-sized bed nestled among botanical motifs and garden-inspired decor, creating a harmonious blend of indoor luxury and outdoor splendor. Envision waking up in a plush bed, enveloped in sumptuous linens, with the morning light filtering through floral drapes.
The Cheerful Buttercup Room uplifts the spirit with a garden of floral delights. A Queen sized, Hand-forged Iron bed adds bespoke beauty to the room. It also has a large fireplace, large antique armoire and writing desk.
The Butterfly and Blossoms Suite is sweet as can be! Featuring a full ensuite bath, fireplace, Queen sized bed, and a writing desk/ vanity. And we can't forget the unicorn rug!

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle into our luxurious surroundings, get comfortable, and begin getting acquainted with those around us. The journey starts here.

Day Two Invitation
Day two invites you deeper into reflection and release. Together, we create space for what no longer serves—gently loosening old stories, expectations, and limitations—while leaning into the magic of this artful, expressive space. Through guided exploration, shared wisdom, and moments of creative freedom, you’ll be encouraged to think outside the box, listen inward, and reconnect with what’s ready to emerge as your next chapter begins to take shape.
Each day at Wild Grace unfolds with intention and ease, inviting you to savor the experience as much as the transformation itself. Mornings begin with nourishing, beautifully prepared breakfasts enjoyed on the property, followed by guided conversations that invite depth, connection, and inspired reflection. Throughout the day, you’ll be supported with a wholesome lunch, thoughtfully curated snacks, and moments of artistic creation — time to explore, express, and let your intuition lead without expectation or pressure. There is equal reverence for rest and revitalization, with spacious pauses to retreat inward, wander, or simply be. On day two, we’ll step out together for a memorable dinner, adding a celebratory note to the journey, while a visit to the enchanting Sparkle Barn offers the opportunity to carry a piece of magic home with you — a symbol of Wild Grace, freedom, and forward movement. This is a retreat designed to awaken the Fire Horse within: bold yet grounded, untamed yet deeply held, guiding you toward your next chapter with confidence, vitality, and grace.
Day Three
Look Forward & Wrap Up
On our final morning, we gather once more to share a delicious meal, savoring the closing moments of our time together. With hearts open and spirits renewed, we reflect on desires shared, dreams reimagined, and intentions set in motion. Friendships have been forged, memories created, and a deeper sense of clarity awakened. As we prepare to depart, we do so grounded in connection—carrying forward the wisdom, support, and Wild Grace cultivated here, knowing this is not an ending, but a continuation we build upon together.

Nourishment Included
All meals, snacks, and beverages are thoughtfully provided throughout the retreat. You are welcome to bring any personal favorites or dietary preferences for your comfort.
Luxurious Accommodations
Enjoy your stay in one of four artfully curated bedrooms—two featuring king-size beds and two with queen-size beds. Room selection is offered on a first-come, first-served basis according to registration order. For those attending with a close friend or family member, a shared-room investment option is available. This offers a meaningful way to experience Wild Grace together while honoring the depth, intention, and value of the retreat.
When the four on-site bedrooms are reserved, guests may choose to secure off-site accommodations independently- allowing you to select what feels most supportive for your retreat experience.
Restore Energy Healing
One 90-minute Distance Restore Energy Session with Carla, scheduled either before or after the retreat, to support deep integration and continued healing.
The Gemstone Series (Virtual Integration)
Six 90-minute monthly Zoom gatherings, each centered around a featured gemstone or crystal. Together we will explore its meaning through affirmations, journaling prompts, guided reflection, and group discussion. Sessions will be recorded for those unable to attend live.

Each retreat is intentionally curated as a one-of-a-kind experience, with offerings designed to support relaxation, inspiration, and gentle engagement. Guests may enjoy restorative yoga, therapeutic massage by a licensed massage therapist, immersive creative expression (such as painting, drawing, journaling, and other artful practices that nurture creativity and inner balance), sound healing, leisurely nature walks, and ample time to unwind in serene natural settings. Depending on the season, this may include swimming or enjoying the tranquil waterfalls and lakes of Vermont.
All experiences are entirely optional and designed to be approached with ease. Guests are invited to participate at their own pace, honor personal boundaries, and choose rest whenever it feels most nourishing.

Each retreat is hosted and led by Carla. From time to time, additional practitioners may be invited to share their specific expertise and gifts. Any guest guides are personally selected by Carla and invited at her sole discretion, ensuring they align with the values, intention, and integrity of the retreat experience.

If you are self-employed and reside in the United States, your investment in this retreat may qualify, in whole or in part, as a deductible business expense. Although the retreat is designed primarily for restoration and renewal rather than formal instruction, many participants find that such experiences support their overall effectiveness and longevity in their professional roles.
We encourage you to consult with your tax advisor to determine how this expense may be treated for your individual tax situation.

Retreat Registration Policy
We deeply honor the commitment it takes to say yes to yourself and to this experience. Because retreats require extensive advance planning, limited capacity, and non-recoverable expenses, the following applies:
Once your registration is confirmed, your space is reserved exclusively for you.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your participation, a refund of all payments made, less a $500 non-refundable administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received at least 60 days in advance of the event.
Please note that cancellations received within 60 days of the event are not eligible for refunds, partial credits, or transfers of unused portions of the retreat due to late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance.
We strongly recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance to help protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another woman who meets the retreat criteria. You are solely responsible for identifying and securing your replacement participant and for coordinating payment arrangements directly with her. All transfer requests must be completed and communicated to us no later than 30 days prior to the event. Transfers requested after this date cannot be accommodated.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to honor our commitments to our partners and thoughtfully curate an exceptional retreat experience for all participants.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your participation and that you are securing a space.
Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the organizer must cancel or reschedule a retreat or workshop, participants will be offered either:
A credit toward a future event, or
A refund of the registration fee only
The organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses incurred by participants.

Or Invite a friend to share a room ($3,000 per person)
Or Attend the retreat and coordinate your own off-site lodging ($3,000).
